We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and other well-known credit cards. We accept sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We are entitled to present your credit card details to our Bank before dispatching Goods to you and may delay dispatch of Goods until after funds have cleared into the credit card or bank account.
Acceptance of an order
An order is not valid until we acknowledge receipt.
The information on our website does not constitute a formal order to sell goods to you. Your Order is an Offer to buy Goods from us. Automatic confirmation of receipt of your Order does not constitute a Contract between us. While we make every effort to avoid errors, it is possible that prices may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. We therefore reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they occur so long as this is before acknowledgement and acceptance of your order. In these cases we will contact you to notify you of the variation and you have the right either to proceed at the amended price or to cancel the transaction.
Acknowledgement of Orders
We will acknowledge receipt of all orders via email where appropriate. The email acknowledgement will contain a unique order number and details of the order. However, we cannot be held responsible for email addresses that are rejected or returned as undeliverable.
All prices are in £ sterling. Payment is accepted by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo and other debit cards with the Visa logo, or bank transfer direct to our bank.
Postage, Packaging and Shipping
These are currently charged in accordance with the table below:

We aim to process orders as soon as possible, and should dispatch items within one working day of your order, but please allow 3/5 working days for delivery to avoid disappointment. All items are subject to availability. Where items are temporarily out of stock dispatch may be delayed. However you will be notified of this as soon as possible. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified at the time of ordering. Ownership of the product shall pass to you once we have received payment in full. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. However, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Cooling off Period and Returns
Under recent legislation you may return an internet purchase within 7 days, so long as it is still shrink wrapped. You will then receive a refund of the purchase price. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Returns will be credited to your credit/debit card account. If you have paid for your order by bank transfer a refund will be made. We are unable to refund the postage and packaging costs.
Privacy and Data Protection
Pasticcio may contact you in the future with information such as special offers, new products etc. However we will not distribute or transfer your data to another company. We will not give, sell or rent information about you to any other Company or Supplier. Your details will not be used by us or forwarded by us to any third parties for the purposes of unsolicited sales or contact. The information we will hold on you may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, and records of your orders. You may check the information held on you by emailing a request and if there are any inaccuracies we will either delete or correct the information. Whilst we make sure all the safeguards are met to exclude viruses from the website we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability can be accepted for viruses and thus you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from this website.
